1.1 General Terms

We take utmost care in selecting, packing, and delivering our baby care products to you. All orders go through strict quality checks and hygiene control before dispatch. Due to the intimate nature of our products—many of which are used directly on infants or in close proximity to them—we do not accept any returns or provide refunds once an order has been successfully placed, confirmed, and shipped, except in limited circumstances defined below.

This is to ensure the safety of your baby and to guarantee that all customers receive sealed, untouched, and fully hygienic products.

1.2 Exceptions to Our No-Refund Policy

While returns are not permitted, a refund or replacement may be considered in the following exceptional situations:

  • The product(s) received are damaged during transit.

  • The order is incomplete, i.e., one or more items are missing from the package.

  • You received an incorrect item that does not match your original order.

  • The outer packaging appears to have been tampered with or opened before reaching you.

1.3 Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report the issue to us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Beyond this time frame, we may not be able to accommodate requests due to logistical and supplier timelines.

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, registered mobile/email, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing:

    • The damaged/defective item(s)

    • The external packaging, including the shipping label

    • Any visible signs of tampering or leakage

Once we receive and review your request, our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. If the claim is verified and approved, we may issue:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost

Note: Refunds are issued only for genuine cases of shipping damage or fulfillment errors. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the evidence provided is incomplete, unclear, or does not meet our eligibility criteria. All decisions made by our customer support team will be final.

1.4 Mode and Timeframe of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 7-10 business days from the approval date. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.

  • Product is returned without prior communication or approval.

  • The product was not defective/damaged, but the customer wants to return it.

  • Failure to report the issue within the 7-day window.

2.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, or an order might be placed unintentionally. We allow cancellations of orders, but under specific conditions:

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order is processed and out for delivery, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be treated as a fulfilled sale.

If approved, the cancellation will be processed, and your payment (if already made) will be refunded via your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2.3 Cancellation Refusal

Nanhi Muskaan reserves the right to deny cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • If the product has already been shipped at the time of cancellation request.

  • If the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window.

  • If the customer has a history of repeated or fraudulent cancellations.

In such cases, the product will be delivered as scheduled and covered under our Refund Policy only in the event of damage during transit.
